Try using a different browser, try Chrome, Firefox, or Opera, Brave, Vivaldi etc Sometimes default security settings will block the ZIP files
Try copying the link, then pasting it into a different browser
Try copying the link, email it to yourself, then open it from that email
Work place wifi can have strict security settings, so try waiting until you're on home wifi
Disconnect VPN - Virtual Private Networks often block the website as well as the download link
Download one pack at a time. If you bought mulitple packs and the downloads seem to stall, you may be maxing out your bandwidth
If you're on an IPAD or Iphone you will probably not be able to directly download the ZIP file. You will need to download to a computer first, then unzip the files into a regular folder then transfer to your IPAD.
If you did not receive the email to download the 2 most common causes are
1 You made a typo when entering your email.
2 You used an @icloud or an @me email address, both of which tend to bounce from my store.
In either case simply reach out to me by whichever method is easiest for you, direct email, FB IG or the contact form here and give me another email I can change it to, gmail, yahoo, aol all work fine with the store.
How are the files delivered? You will receive an email immediately after your purchase with a download link for each pack. If multiple packs are purchased, a single email with multiple links will be sent. They will come in a ZIP file so it is one click download for each pack.
What format are the songs in? All songs are provided in MP3 format.
Why didn't I receive my download link? It's possible you entered your email incorrectly or the link was sent to the email associated with your PayPal account instead of the contact email you provided. Also, please check your SPAM folder. If you didn't get a download link just send me a message through the strore, through Facebook or Instagram and I'll get it fixed.
What do I do if I have not received the email to download the tracks? Send me a message using contact link on the top of the site. Include the email you used for the purchase, the date and approximate time of your purchase, the total dollar amount of your purchase and which pack/s you purchased. I will locate the transaction and make a correction to the email if needed, or do a resend of the confirmation / download link. If all else fails I will upload the packs you purchased to dropbox and send a link that way. One way or another I will get you the packs.
Why are there multiple versions of some songs? Songs may include different edits like a full version, a quick 1-verse edit, or a 2-verse edit. Additionally, clean and explicit versions may be available, along with various remixes or intro styles.
What is the quality of the songs? Most songs (over 95%) are available in 320 kbps quality, with some in 192 kbps and 256 kbps.
Can I preview the songs before purchasing? Yes, most packs include a sample player on the store page for previews.
Can I purchase individual tracks instead of the entire pack? As of now the only way to get the songs is as a pack.
Are these songs compatible with DJ software like Serato, Virtual DJ, and Traktor? Yes, the songs will work with any major DJ software once they are unzipped. Macs have a built-in unzipper, and PCs can use a free program like WinZip.
Are the songs beatgridded? Not all songs are pre-beatgridded. You may need to analyze them in your DJ software to apply beat grids where necessary.
Can I pay with CashApp? While it's not the preferred method for me because most transactions are automated, I will do it. Send me a message and we can figure it out.
