Quick help

The fastest answers buyers usually need.

This page covers the practical stuff: how files arrive, how to unzip them, how previews work, what software they work with, and what to do if a delivery email does not show up.

  • Orders are sent by email immediately after purchase.
  • All packs arrive as downloadable ZIP files.
  • All packs include a sample player on the pack page.
  • Files work with major DJ software once they are unzipped.
Did not get the email?

Check your spam folder first. If it still is not there, message Bill with the email used for the purchase, the date and approximate time, the total amount, and which pack or packs you bought so the order can be located and resent.

Delivery
Download links are emailed right after purchase, with one email containing one or more pack links.
ZIP files
Packs are delivered as ZIP downloads so each pack is a simple one-click download.
Format & quality
Tracks are mainly MP3 files, with most at 320 kbps and a smaller number at 256 or 192 when source availability varies.
Compatibility
Once extracted, the files are intended to work with major DJ software platforms.
Download & delivery

Orders, emails, and working download links.

These are the most common questions once a purchase is completed.

How are the files delivered?
You will receive an email immediately after purchase with a download link for each pack. If you bought multiple packs, they can arrive in a single email with multiple links. Each pack is delivered as a ZIP file.
What should I do if I did not receive the email?
Check your spam folder first. If the email still is not there, send a message with the email used for the purchase, the date and approximate time, the total amount, and the packs you bought so the order can be found and the email address or delivery can be corrected.
What should I try if the download link is not working?
Try these steps before reaching out:
  • Open the link in a different browser like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave, or Vivaldi.
  • Copy the link and paste it into another browser.
  • Copy the link, email it to yourself, and open it from that email.
  • Disconnect any VPN and avoid workplace Wi-Fi that may block downloads.
  • Download one pack at a time if you bought several packs at once.
Can I download directly on an iPhone or iPad?
Usually it is easier to download the ZIP file to a computer first, unzip the pack into a normal folder, and then transfer the files to your iPad or iPhone if needed.
Files & software

What is inside the pack and how to use it.

These answers cover extraction, formats, quality, and compatibility.

How do I extract the songs from the ZIP files?
MacOS and Windows 11 have built-in unzip tools. On older versions of Windows, you may need a free unzip utility such as 7-Zip or WinZip to extract the MP3s into a regular folder.
What format are the songs in?
Tracks are provided in MP3 format, with a small number of songs also including WAV versions.
What bitrate quality are the files?
Most files are 320 kbps MP3s. A smaller portion may be 256 kbps or 192 kbps on harder-to-find remixes or source material.
Are the songs compatible with DJ software?
Yes. Once the files are unzipped, they are intended to work with major DJ software such as Serato, VirtualDJ, Traktor, Rekordbox, djay, and similar platforms.
Are the songs beatgridded?
Not all songs are pre-beatgridded. You may need to analyze them in your DJ software and apply beat grids where needed.
Packs & policies

Previewing, track versions, and purchase policies.

These answers help buyers know what to expect before they order.

Can I preview the songs before purchasing?
Yes. All packs include a sample player on the pack page so you can preview the content before buying.
Can I buy individual tracks instead of a full pack?
At this time, packs are sold as complete packs rather than as individual tracks.
Why are there multiple versions of some songs?
Some songs include different edit styles such as full versions, quick one-verse edits, two-verse edits, clean and explicit versions, remixes, or different intro styles.
What is the refund policy?
Because these are digital downloads, refunds are generally not offered once a product has been downloaded. The sample player is there so buyers can preview the pack before purchasing.
Can I pay with Cash App?
It is not the preferred automated checkout method, but if you want to use Cash App, reach out directly and Bill can work it out with you.
