Essential Soulful House Vol 2- DJ Edit Pack

Essential Soulful House Vol. 2 DJ Edit Pack

A mix-friendly soulful-house crate packed with vocal cuts, deep grooves, gospel energy, jazzier touches, intro mixes, extended versions, and enough variety to build a real set instead of just dipping into the genre for a track or two.

Vol. 2 is especially DJ-friendly

One of the first things that stands out in this crate is how many records are tagged as Intro Mix, Extended Mix, Main Mix, Vocal Mix, Club Mix, or Remix. That makes this collection particularly useful for DJs who actually want to blend, layer, and stay in the groove instead of relying on radio-length versions.

Soulful house rewards patience. Long intros, musical breakdowns, vocal moments, percussion, piano, sax, organ, and deep basslines all matter — and this pack gives you enough mixable material to let those elements breathe.

189 tracks and versions — plenty of room to build your own lane

The migrated playlist contains 189 tracks and versions. That gives you far more than a sampler. You can stay in soulful house for a real stretch of the night and move between vocal records, deeper grooves, jazzier cuts, gospel-leaning tracks, smoother late-night material, and more energetic club mixes.

There are also alternate versions and remixes throughout, so the same basic musical idea can often be approached from more than one angle depending on the room.

Real soulful-house names are all through this collection

The actual playlist includes music and remixes from names such as Louie Vega, Kenny Bobien, Danny Krivit, Frankie Feliciano, Robert Owens, DJ Spinna, Richard Earnshaw, DJ Spen, Reelsoul, Roland Clark, David Morales, Todd Terry, Barbara Tucker, Jihad Muhammad, Groove Assassin, Booker T, Michele Chiavarini, Seamus Haji, Sean McCabe, and more.

That gives Vol. 2 a strong connection to the deeper vocal and soulful side of house rather than feeling like a generic collection of tracks with a “soulful” label added afterward.

Gospel, spiritual, and uplifting moments are part of the mix

The crate includes records and mixes such as Together We Can, Hold To His Hand, It's A Spiritual Thing, God Is Love, He Will Be, and other uplifting vocal tracks that fit naturally inside soulful-house sets.

Those records add another emotional lane — the kind of music that can lift a room without relying on pop hooks or obvious mainstream familiarity.

More musical than formulaic

Vol. 2 moves comfortably between soulful vocals, jazzier chords, piano-driven house, deeper material, gospel-house energy, broken and Afro-influenced touches, disco flavor, and club-focused arrangements.

Records like Calypso Madness, Sunny, Funky Jazz Tune, Afronenia, Dance With You, This Is Your You, and the many vocal and instrumental mixes throughout the list show how broad the musical palette gets without losing the soulful-house identity.

Where this pack works best

This collection fits lounges, rooftops, brunches, poolside sets, hotel bars, cocktail environments, warm-up rooms, soulful-house nights, after-hours sets, mature dance floors, and any situation where house music needs to feel musical, warm, and sophisticated.

It is also a strong library-builder for DJs who already play deep house, disco house, gospel house, or classic vocal house and want more mixable records that sit comfortably between those worlds.

189 tracks. A ton of intro mixes. Deep vocals. Gospel lift. Jazzier grooves. Built to actually mix.

Bottom line: Essential Soulful House Vol. 2 is a serious working crate for DJs who want enough depth to stay in the genre, enough mix-friendly versions to control the set, and enough musical variety to keep soulful house from ever feeling one-dimensional.
