Professional DJ Use Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any DJ Edit Pack, music file, crate, playlist, or digital product from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Intended Use
These DJ Edit Packs are intended for use by professional working DJs who perform in legally operated venues, private events, weddings, clubs, bars, lounges, corporate events, and other professional entertainment settings.
By purchasing from this store, you confirm that you are a professional DJ, mobile DJ, club DJ, event DJ, radio DJ, or entertainment professional using these files as part of your DJ performance workflow.
2. Music Licensing Responsibility
By purchasing from this store, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for making sure your public performances are properly licensed.
You confirm that you perform in venues, businesses, or events where the proper public performance rights and music licensing fees are paid to the appropriate performing rights organizations, including but not limited to:
ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and any other applicable music rights organizations.
This store does not provide public performance licenses, mechanical licenses, synchronization licenses, broadcast licenses, streaming licenses, or any other music rights license.
3. No Transfer of Copyright Ownership
Purchasing a DJ Edit Pack does not transfer ownership of any original song, recording, composition, remix, sample, vocal, instrumental, or copyrighted work.
All copyrights remain the property of their respective copyright owners, artists, labels, publishers, producers, and rights holders.
The purchase only provides access to curated DJ edits, organization, formatting, and workflow-based files intended for professional DJ use.
4. Buyer Responsibility
You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use any files purchased from this store.
You agree not to use these files in any way that violates copyright law, music licensing rules, venue performance requirements, streaming platform terms, or any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.
You also agree that you are responsible for confirming that your use of these files is legal in your country, state, venue, or performance setting.
5. No Resale or Redistribution
You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, trade, copy, leak, transfer, or give away any DJ Edit Pack or file purchased from this store.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading files to file-sharing websites
- Sharing files in DJ groups
- Reselling packs or individual edits
- Posting download links online
- Giving files to other DJs
- Including files inside another product, crate, hard drive, subscription, or music service
Each purchase is for the original buyer only.
6. Digital Product Policy
All products sold on this store are digital products.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the product has been purchased, accessed, delivered, or downloaded.
Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer error, duplicate purchases, failure to read the product description, compatibility issues, or changes of mind.
However, if there is a technical issue with a download link or file delivery, please contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
7. File Compatibility
These DJ Edit Packs may include audio files, video files, Serato crates, playlists, folders, or other DJ organization files.
While files are prepared for professional DJ use, compatibility may vary depending on your DJ software, computer, operating system, file management setup, external hard drive structure, or music library configuration.
The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility with their own DJ setup.
8. No Guarantee of Specific Results
These DJ Edit Packs are designed to help DJs save time, organize their music, and improve their performance workflow.
However, this store does not guarantee any specific business result, booking result, performance result, crowd reaction, revenue increase, or DJ success from using these products.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use products from this store for:
- Illegal distribution
- Unauthorized streaming
- Unauthorized broadcasting
- File sharing
- Resale
- Repackaging
- Uploading to record pools
- Uploading to cloud folders for public access
- Selling hard drives or USB drives containing these files
- Any use that violates music copyright laws or licensing requirements
10. Agreement at Checkout
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
You are a professional or working DJ.
You understand that music performance rights and licensing are your responsibility.
You perform in venues or event settings where appropriate music rights fees are paid to organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC.
You will not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files.
You understand that all sales are final for digital products.
You accept full responsibility for your use of the purchased files.
11. Limitation of Liability
This store, its owner, and its affiliates are not responsible for any copyright claims, licensing disputes, venue issues, software problems, lost files, performance issues, financial losses, or legal matters that may arise from the buyer’s use or misuse of the products.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from this store, you agree to hold the store and its owner harmless from any claims related to your use of the files.
12. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to review this page before purchasing.
